Solution 13: Adapt the Pace of Nature opened my eyes to accepting everything Nature throws at me because no matter what it is, there's no way to change it. So instead of trying to go against whatever it is throwing, it's best to go with it.
Take a second to think about anything you get upset with or bothered by about Nature that you simply can't control. What ways can you change your outlook on it and adapt to it?
Solution 13: Adopt the Pace of Nature made me realize how much I've been hating on Fall and Winter. I would dread the days when the leaves would start to fall off the trees because that meant there were cold days and even colder nights rapidly approaching. Growing up in South Carolina there was always a variety of temperatures throughout the year and I simply didn't like going from 90° weather in the summer to 65° the first week of Fall.
But now, I see them in a different light. I appreciate them for coming and balancing things out cause I couldn't imagine living in 90° 365 (sometimes 366) days a year. So I'm thankful for them now, I know they have purpose. It's a change of pace and I'll never be able to unsee that.
